Postavo provides social media content creation, quality review, influencer campaign support, and publishing services for businesses across India. Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed at the time of order or consultation.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate business and contact information so we can deliver services correctly.

Paid orders are processed through our payment partners. Fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. Subscription and one-off service terms are as shown at checkout or in your agreement with us.

You retain ownership of your brand assets and approved content. By submitting materials, you grant us a licence to use them solely to deliver the ordered services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before it is published.

You must not use Postavo for illegal, misleading, or infringing content. We may refuse or remove work that violates platform policies (including Meta/Instagram/Facebook rules) or applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Postavo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we revise them.
